I think you shoul’ve gone deeper into the subject and discuss Cannabis Sativa which are the two meter long stalks, which cann grow tightly together, have less than .03% thc produce little to no flower and is commonly known as hemp, and cannabis indica which is the one producing big buds usually with more than 1% thc, can’t be grown tightly together, commonly known as marihuana. However, this cannabis indica has been bred to produce less than 1% thc and even less than .3% thc so as you say, according to some governments its hemp, but very different physically from its tall cousin.
