The Native Market, a cannabis retailer on First Avenue in Bend, was fined for repeatedly not putting monitoring system labels on marijuana merchandise on show, based on the Oregon Liquor Management Fee.
The store, owned by Excessive Desert Fairness Companions Inc., accepted accountability for the violations that included failing to reconcile inventories on the finish of every enterprise day and never putting monitoring labels on merchandise on two separate events. The OLCC on Thursday accepted a stipulated settlement fining the corporate $2,970, or an 18-day license suspension. The penalties start Aug. 15.
The violations had been detected throughout a routine inspection in February, based on OLCC paperwork.
