Washington state banned the industrial sale of meals and beverages containing CBD, sticking closely to U.S. Meals and Drug Administration (FDA) policy.

The FDA at the moment stipulates that the cannabinoid can not be an ingredient in the meals provide, and the Washington State Division of Agriculture (WSDA) posted equivalent restrictions this month.
